Remember those who are in prison, as though in prison with them, and those who are mistreated, since you also are in the body.
- Hebrews 13:3
Arise and Shine Community church has been doing this Prison ministry, headed by Pastor Noel Alberto, who was also a former inmate whose life was changed when the Lord demonstrated His love and mercy for him.
At a young age, pastor Noel's parents went through separation, which later caused him to be rebellious. He turned to drugs and did crimes that led him to prison. The Lord graciously saved him through another prison ministry. When he got out of jail, he became a pastor and started sharing about Jesus through prison ministries.
We were given the opportunity to witness how he share Christ to the prisoners, who just like us, are sinners. The Calamba City Jail and Cabuyao City Jail were the two jails we were able to visit. Enjoy the selected pictures below.
